The Clifton Library
Located on the corner of Ormond and Ludow Avenue in Cincinnati OH, the Clifton branch of the Cincinnati Public Library was a pillar of the community for decades. Unfortunate disrepair left it in a state to be reimagined for the 21st century.

Utilizing the concept of a computer chip, this library can once again become a centralized source of information in the digital age. The exoskeletal frame conjures images of the guts of a computer and the focus of the modern world. The building itself is a beacon of clean energy, powered by geothermal, solar, and passive heating techniques to remain carbon neutral for generations to come.

The Visitor's Center & Urban Garden
Crafted in response to a local exposition on modern architecture, the Visitor's Center & Urban Garden plays a pivotal role in revitalizing an urban infill lot. This connection point between event spaces is both functional and sculptural.

The core themes of the structure lie in the golden ratio which defines its form, and the cross-connection between urban blocks which defines its orientation. Modular components come together to maximize viewlines and pedestrian corridors, while simultaneously forming a moment of respite and nature amongst the city buildings.
