This new construction 2-family residence was partially completed when PDC took over the design. By working closely with the owners we reimagined parts of the home that weren't working for them and created a new drawing set to redesign the already under-construction project. Through close collaboration we were able to remodel the existing house and pull new permits for the owners to continue their construction journey.
